- Annual managed service: Three tiers (approximately $180 / $295 / $450 per year), covering server management, monitoring and reasonable support.
- Additional work: $75/hour for changes, consulting and special requests, with a 30-minute minimum.
- AWS charges: Paid directly by the client to AWS based on actual usage (called On-Demand pricing).
- Terms and scope: The service is intended for personal websites, sole traders and small businesses.
